Mr Han wen was amazing - he put all his passion into his job as a tour guide. Although it was only an one-day trip, he enthusiastically and thoroughly explained everything related to our itinerary. Han Wen always had a smile on his face and provided very clear and thorough reminders about travel safety details. Thanks to his attentiveness and hard work, the entire trip went very smoothly, and although it rained occasionally, it didn't dampen our spirits at all. Hanwen was full of fascinating knowledge. Personable, funny, and always available. He handled hiccups (like late or lost groups and holiday crowds/traffic) so efficiently that the whole tour group was unaffected. The 40-minute drives passed so quickly. Hanwen did not waste any time: he engaged the group when needed and let us enjoy the drive and view the rest of the time. If I can book with him again, I will!
