The meeting point was inside a café. I was able to exchange LINE contact info with our guide and even get registered for free insurance. ​For this trip, the Japanese tour had about 15 people, while the English tour had four, so everyone fit into a single bus. Regarding restrooms, the nearest one is to the right of the stairs after you exit the subway near the meeting point; there isn't a restroom inside the café (or perhaps they just don't let customers use it). I was given a bottle of water when boarding the bus. ​The guide gave very thorough explanations and took photos for us at various spots. Since this was a place that would have been difficult to get to on my own, the tour was a very efficient way to see everything. I compared prices with other tour companies, and this one was cheaper. My only concern was that the minimum number of participants was four; even though my booking was confirmed, I was a bit worried it might get canceled the day before. However, when I checked via chat, they replied within a few hours, which put me at ease. ​Lunch was a bit rushed due to traffic, but overall I’m very satisfied because the guide sent all the photos to us via LINE and even recommended some great lunch spots. I don’t usually book optional tours, but I’m glad I left it to the pros this time. It was a fulfilling day. Thank you so much!

The meeting time was punctual, and the guide was very knowledgeable with clear and enjoyable explanations. It was a tour with children, but the guide was attentive to every detail, making it a perfect day. They were also very flexible and adaptable. If we have another opportunity, we would love to request the same guide again.

His personal was fine. Kindly to us. But, his explanation took long time at each temples. That means we didn't have enough time for our sightseeing. Other English guide didn't take long time to explain, so I wanted to join the English group.
