・Hello. I engaged a tour in Taichung to Alishan with Alicia, she was superb in service as she is patient, kind and passionate in providing good information during the tour. Though the tour ended, she guided me with proper information on the railway system using the TRA which I'm definitely thankful for. Definitely 11/10!

・Very details for explaining every destination we need to go Very familiar with both languages. Actually I come from Hong Kong and I can understand what she said just in English. Also, she is a very good tour guide
