・Shifen JiufenI didn’t expect the group to be so big, probably 40 of us, but Kent is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and his upbeat energy keeps everyone engaged. I appreciated that he also offered some tips and wasn’t pushy with the shops, and offered to take photos and videos for me as a solo traveller even though I didn’t ask for it.
