Becca is honestly one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. She deserves to be promoted and recognized for how exceptional she is at what she does. Throughout our Taiwan trip, she took us to so many places and made sure that every experience was enjoyable, smooth, and memorable. What stood out the most was how she genuinely prioritized our safety and enjoyment, which I believe are the two most important things for any tourist. She was attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and always made sure that everyone in the group was comfortable and having a great time. Becca went above and beyond what we expected from a tour guide. She didn’t just guide us she made the entire trip feel easier, safer, and more enjoyable. Her energy and dedication really made a difference in our experience. Honestly, the company would be losing a great asset if they ever let Becca go. She is exactly the kind of person you want representing your company. If anything, she deserves a promotion and a lot more recognition for the excellent work she does. She speaks really good english so it was not hard to understand her, allowing the tourists to ask little to no question. She knows the destination and the history and provides entertainment when we arebat the bus.
