Hanwen was full of fascinating knowledge. Personable, funny, and always available. He handled hiccups (like late or lost groups and holiday crowds/traffic) so efficiently that the whole tour group was unaffected. The 40-minute drives passed so quickly. Hanwen did not waste any time: he engaged the group when needed and let us enjoy the drive and view the rest of the time. If I can book with him again, I will!

We had such a wonderful experience on our North Coast Tour, and a big part of it was because of our amazing tour guide, Hanwen ❤️ Our guide was very friendly, accommodating, and patient, especially with our three young kids. He made sure that everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour, and he was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. He was also knowledgeable about the places we visited and explained everything clearly, while still giving us enough time to explore and take photos. We never felt rushed, and the whole tour was relaxed, smooth, and enjoyable. Thank you so much for making our North Coast adventure such a memorable experience for our family! We decided to join a tour with Hanwen for an easy trip with a toddler and didn’t really expect much as we just want to do something extra while in Taiwan. However, Hanwen gave us an exceptional customer service that I should share to everyone. He is really a great tour guide with a good character; very friendly, helpful and super understanding. Things didn’t go well on our end as I can’t get money from the atm and the worst, the machine didn’t dispense my card back. Without hesitation, Hanwen lended me some change so my son and I wont be left behind as we needed to pay extra for the bus fare in that specific area we went to. And that really touches me a lot! Our North Coast Tour was a wonderful experience, and it was made even better because of our tour guide, Mr. Hanwen Chan. He was very helpful, accommodating, and always made sure that we were okay throughout the tour. Even though it rained, he did his best to assist us and make sure that we could still enjoy the activities. He also made sure that our group was complete before we rode the shuttle train, which we really appreciated. not our first time....hanwen went the extra mile. tour went smooth despite the typhoon. He prioritizes safety of guests while ensuring the trip is maximized. there is a shift in the supposed itinerary however its as great as expected. thank you so much, and keep safe everyone!
