Vincent was an excellent tour guide for our recent trip to Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen. He was proactive and responsive in his communication regarding meeting logistics and itinerary details. Throughout the day, Vincent maintained a professional yet approachable demeanor. His English proficiency was clear (good voice too!), and he provided practical tips to optimize our time at each location while minimizing physical strain. He was also helpful with photography. His well-organized approach ensured the tour proceeded seamlessly, even during the rainy portion of the day.

He kept the tour fun and engaging while sharing helpful tips especially on how to get the Miyahara ice cream faster and where to take great photos along with do’s and don’ts, bits of history, and interesting trivia. We learned so much about Taiwan even in such a short trip. My mom and I had a great time!
