Had the fortune to have a private tour with Jo and Erica - the founders, because I was the only person who had booked the tour on CNY eve. Even then, they kept their word and gave me a private tour on Jo's cool 25 year old blue VW.

I recently had James as my guide in London, and the experience was quite mixed. While his knowledge of historical sites was impressive, particularly about the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey, his time management needed improvement. We often felt rushed at major attractions but spent too long at gift shops. On the positive side, he recommended excellent local restaurants and helped us avoid tourist traps. His insider tips saved us money on attractions and transport. However, he was frequently checking his phone during tours, which seemed unprofessional.
