Ploi笑容滿面，會主動幫忙拍照，車上會提前導覽下一個參觀地點，還會介紹泰國的文化歷史，教我們簡單的泰文。會使用雙語進行介紹，非常流利且順暢，集合地點也講得很清楚，上車會一人發一瓶免費的水，如果還有機會來泰國一日遊，會想要再找Ploi。

Ploi提早在集合地點等待，會安排上廁所地點，笑容滿面，主動幫忙拍照，車上會提前導覽下一個參觀地點，很稱職。而且使用雙語進行介紹，非常流利且順暢，有任何需求都可以找他，希望下次還可以跟她出遊，長輩也非常喜歡。

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide, Ploi. She is incredibly fluent in both Chinese and English, which made communication seamless for everyone in our group. What truly stood out was her genuine enthusiasm and her constant effort to make sure every member of the tour was having a great time. Her warm personality and professionalism created such a positive atmosphere. It was a truly fantastic experience, and I would be delighted to have her as my guide again on any future tours. Ploi was my tour guide for a full day tour to Ayutthaya. Her English and Chinese were excellent to understand, and she provided a lot of great educational information about Ayutthaya, Bangkok, Thailand, and the places we were visiting on the tour. I would highly recommend Ploi as a tour guide!
