The tour is outstanding because of the following reasons: 1. Energetic and intelligent tour guide, Winnie the Pooh. I also enjoyed his mini Quiz Bees with freebies! Very engaging. 2. Comfortable bus with seat belt. 3. Punctuality of the driver and tour guide. 4. Extra tips coming from the tour guide. 5. Designated restrooms and water refilling station.

Never a dull moment! We made a special request from Klook that the guide be cheerful and happy and Wayne met the expectations! His always smiling face says it all! He got us covered during the whole trip and even went beyond in reserving the food and drinks that he wanted us to try while in Taiwan. Wayne was patient to wait for me in the first location of the trip, which is the Yehliu Geopark, as I was 10 minutes late (got lost in the subway!). Wayne is also good at highlighting the best of Taiwan, from local places and activities to local cuisines and dishes. He is amazing!

Wayne is the ultimate guide! Not only was he an information guru, but he also sprinkled every moment with a generous dose of fun. Our entire trip was an absolute blast, and Wayne made us feel like a close-knit family throughout. He went above and beyond to ensure nobody got left behind, taking care of each and every one of us. Wayne (or Pooh - as he'd also like to be called so) is an awesome tour guide with a down-to-earth attitude. He makes our trip to Shifen and Jiufen a fun and memorable trip. He helps us learn more about the local culture and history. We really enjoy him as our guide during our trip and also appreciate his suggestions/recommendations on what to do, where to go and what to eat.

We expected someone to drive and lead us to the attractions, now we are members of the Winnie the Pooh family! Wayne really is an amazing guide who knows a lot and cares about everyone. Today's trip was difficult with rain all day long, but he was motivated nevertheless and never stopped smiling. Thank you!

Well-organized, very knowledgeable and with a dash of stand-up comedy, that is all the ingredients you need to have an excellent tour guide like Wayne. I enjoyed the tour a lot more because of him. I would definitely recommend him to be the one and only tour guide when doing the "Yehliu, Shifen and Jiufen" day tour.
