Shirley was an awesome tour guide for our short day trip to Shifen and Jiufen! She showed us the places well, was clear in communicating how long we needed to stay and where to meet up, and overall managed our small tour group well! It’s wonderful trip with the nice guide "Shirley Lin" I like this trip and Taipei. ????

There are 5 things i could describe her. She is very accomodating, organize, patient, passionate and friendly. Her service is superb as she would answer all of our queries right awa. She is verybtransparent on the pros and cons of their guidelelinesml. She also gave clear instructions on what and what not to do and the exact time of meet up. She is also very patient when she gave meaning on what was written on the mini lantern even if i had asked for it the nth time. She never gave up on me and still manage to smile and keep her cheerfulness till the end. I never saw her get tired even though its a whole 9 hours of travel, hiking, taking pictures and telling us of its histories. She really looked like she loves her job so much and its rare to find someone like that nowdays. She's definitely for "keeps" .

Shirley is really helpful during the tour. Despite many people because of Chinese New Year, she was able to guide us and give us interesting facts. It was very crowded but she always keeps her smile. She is also happy all the time which makes us also happy and excited with our activities. I hope she will be able to guide more travelers and bring smile to their faces.
