As a first-time visitor from the Chinese mainland, Sun Moon Lake is every bit as beautiful as I had read about in books and seen in documentaries. Coming here on this short trip is truly a dream come true—an experience I will cherish for a lifetime. Joseph Mao gave me a wonderful experience. His patience, guidance, thoughtful answers, and warm conversation were absolutely impeccable. If the opportunity arises in the future, I would love to visit Sun Moon Lake again, and I hope to travel around more of Taiwan too.

This was such a lovely day trip, filled with beautiful scenery and a great variety of activities, from light hiking and boating to cycling around Sun Moon Lake. Joseph was brilliant throughout the day, sharing so much interesting information about both Taiwan and Sun Moon Lake, while also being incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. It really was the perfect day, and our only regret is that our travel plans meant we couldn’t spend even longer here. Thank you, Joseph, for making it such a memorable experience!

Sir Joseph was very patient and very accommodating to us especially when he helped us during the bike ride included in the tour. The IT was also organized and no inconvenience experienced during this tour.

Mr. Joseph has been such a delightful tour guide! You can truly see the passion in his work, from intently explaining glimpses of the historical culture of Taiwan to its very own pop culture. He is also very patient and approachable, making sure that every one is given proper care and attention. I also appreciate how he has played Meteor Garden official soundtracks as we were approaching National Chung Cheng University to fully immerse us with the Meteor Garden experience. I will definitely recommend Mr. Joseph to future tourists of this tour.
