Wei-Fang Kuo (Ellen)

Ms Ellen is very attentive and detail, giving a lot of informative recommendations which helped a lot on the very packed trip. Eventho the timings is very strict made us not quite enjoying several places which should be enjoyed longer. Make some destinations less perhaps better (no golden waterfall, no yonyang ocean), and give more time at Jiufen.

Date : November 22, 2019 The day started rainy and she warned us it would get worse up in the mountains. She suggested that we buy raincoats on the first stop (Yehliu). Some of us were unable to buy and when we got back on the bus, she bought some in case there were others who forgot to buy. Since I have a toddler with me that I was carrying, she checks on us every now and then and suggests which activities or path I could take that would be easier for a woman carrying a 13kg± baby. She was also efficient by ordering ahead our sky lanterns which saved time for us. She is also very knowledgeable about Taiwan and is very willing to share her knowledge. But she is also considerate enough that she gives us time to take naps in between locations. Highly appreciate Ellen in our tour!!

Ellen made our tour one of the best and most memorble part of our travel. She had been warm and caring all through out our travel and the best part was when we came unprepared and thought we could no longer experience the sky lantern since we're $40 short to get it, we asked her to cancel it instead, the next thing we heard from her was "this is your best chance to have it, don't worry, I will help you". Even though $40 isn't so much, she made this beautiful experience possible for us to have, despite the fact that we're strangers to herself and her country, she didn't hesitate to lend us a hand and even worried about the days that we have left in Taiwan. We strongly recommend her to be your tour guide and allow yourself to experience the best tour you could ever have.

The tour was great overall because Ellen, the tour guide was very professional yet friendly. She made sure we understood her instructions and that we were all functional and didn’t get lost. She was well versed in English and very informative. Overall I enjoyed her tour and how passionate & enthusiastic she is with her job. She very heartwarming and easy to get along with and funny. I can tell she loves Taiwan and proud to be a Taiwanese.

The best tour guide ever. And the best team ! Very punctual in time. Fast and we going to hotel early. Tour guide speak english , so I can understand. Friendly and informative. Very not boring in this tour. I very enjoy. If can give 10 star I give 10/10. Awesome
