Ying Shan Chen (Sunny)

Unforgetable and very good experience. Sunny has many good attributes. She is well verse in the spot we will go and give good tips to enjoy the stay in each place. Also she's good in english. I remember she approach us to know our experience and give her thoughts. Lastly we had a friend that is late on booking the tour and she made a way for her to join us even she belong to other bus. I really appriacite it. Thank you again this tour is a wonderful experience.

Sunny's name speaks for herself. Even though the entire day was cloudy, with her as our guide, our whoke experience felt sunny :) We also appreciate her for arranging for one of our groupmates to be merged with us in the bus even though she was originally assigned to another one. Thank you very much, Sunny!

Though we are tight in schedule, she still managed to maximized our time by reccomending where to go first and guided us to popular spots of each park. Full of energy and keeps on smiling, just keep it up! She loves her job very well and accomodating!

Sunny speaks well and explains clearly. She is friendly, warm and attentively. The group enjoyed a fun day with her exploring Jiufen and Shifen. She gave good tips to where to take great shots. 2 big thumbs up for her!

Punctual departure from Taipei and destinations along the way hence the trip went as planned. Yehliu's sights were awesome; it was a very warm morning when we were there and we'd suggest you to consider bringing spare clothes. Jiufen is a very interesting place to visit; however the stairs take quite an effort to climb up so you may need to consult your guide if you have elderly or physically disabled persons in your group. Our guide Sunny has been courteous, professional and most of all motivational in making us endure the challenging weather.

Sunny was so accomodating to us. She has a bright personality, always with a smile which made the tour fun and enjoyable. She makes sure that we know (by heart) the meeting place and time to come back to the bus so that we won't be late. It was so much fun having the tour with her.

Miss Sunny was a very nice and skillfull tour guide. She gave us tips and also assissted us on where to go during our tour. We we're able to enjoy our tour because of her help.

Sunny was indeed sunny even though its was raining the whole day. She was very informative, giving insights to the places we should visit first and visit later for a certain venue. She is also well versed in different languages, English and Mandarin,etc. Really cheerful and pro-active

Tho it's rainy day, Sunny gave sunshine to us tourists. Inspite of a gloomy weather she handled the tour lightly that makes our tour more interesting. "Sunny the happiest Taiwanese Eveeeeer!!" she has the happiest smile and contagious laugh. As a Filipino, I can compare her attitude to us for being a "happy person". Also, her english-speaking skill is really great, thus she gave us over flowing information about the geopark and the places we've been. Thank you Sunny for the tour, the smile, the laughter and for a warm welcome for us tourists. Keep up the good work, Ms. Sunny Sunshine!!
