To be really honest with you, this tour guide was terrible. I am utterly appalled by the number of 5 star reviews (she asks everyone to give her 5 stars at the end). There were a number of things that went wrong during the tour: 1) she is extremely hard to understand. Every sentence is filled with meaningless “ah” “uh” and “eh”s as well as “okay huh”. While this might not sound impactful, it greatly affected communication. A single sentence would be said rapidly as such: “So uh… oh help ah you ah lunch? Yes oh sapahdee yes sapahdee no okay huh.” 2)we asked her to take photos of us with our phone, then proceeded to take pictures of us on HER OWN phone. She tried to airdrop it but failed. She said she would continue to try when we reached our final destination, but she ended up walking away (she still had the photos on her phone with OUR faces). Absolutely terrible 3) her attitude is very hyper- when I specifically asked to put my sticker not in a specific place on my body, she kept trying to push past my blocking hands excitedly even when I hadn’t said yes. I don’t know how she got hired as a tour guide. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Our tour guide Juliette was amazing. Such a lovely woman and so entertaining. She couldn't have made the day any better. What a woman!

I joined the tour with my boyfriend Stan, the tour was well organized and Juliette was super professional, sweet and kind! We were able to see so many attractions in a day which was an efficient way to explore these places near Taipei. Highly recommend Juliette!

Juliette is such an amazing tour guide. She's so sweet and patient. She was very accommodating with us also, and she took really amazing photos of us.
